Please help Casey Serin.

I do have to wonder – why would Casey want such a professional, when he has called himself an expert in the field multiple times?

Ethics, common sense and decency not needed.

Ethics, common sense and decency not needed.

Ah, the mysteries of the Casey Universe.

  1. I’d love to know what he’s planning.

I’ve had notaries come to my house with the documents, and take the documents with them. Normally it’s for a mortgage refinance. So I have no idea what Casey is talking about unless he’s worried about having to pay for his own stamps.

“Open minded” probably means “somebody who believes a signed contract isn’t really a bilateral legal commitment, but a means to an end that can be exited by one party (Casey) any time he decides it’s no longer useful. Usually right about the time performance (money) is due on his end.”

      a.k.a. . . . NO DEAL!

Open minded means “I’m a fucking broke, crazy, lazy scammer who broke a whole raft of laws. Will you help me?”

Casey needs a PowerTeam of lawyers, not just one. State & federal tax, criminal etc.

  2. “Open minded” means who doesn’t mind risking prison and working without pay for a renowned Internet entrepreneur.

Notaries have to at least believe their client is acting in good faith and is telling the truth. Any google search of Casey Serin would cast doubt on those two qualities.

“I’m on a mission and have no time to waste.”

Dude, you’ve wasted the past 5 years of your life, if not more.

  5. “open minded” as in willing to work for Island Favors, STRAWMAN IOUs, A4V notes, that sort of thing?

“why, does it look like I don’t have a job?” Well, yes, Casey it DOES look like you DON’T have a job. In fact the only “job” you have had since I started following you was the valet parking. (Interestingly, someone found an old IAFF post where you were explaining why it wasn’t worth taking a job paying $8 an hour. Oh, how things change!) Everything else you have called a job doesn’t fit the real world definition of one. But then this is the mind of Casey, where a “job” is whatever he makes it, or should that be pretends it, to be. Where are you going to live once your parents’ house is foreclosed? When is the Freedom Club going to pay out all that fiat currency that you despise? Sorry, I know the answer to that already – never.

Casey Serin — hehe, yeah, I may have to befriend a law student or a find an attorney who hasn’t been too indoctrinated by “the system”, since these tactics are so unconventional! I’m learning the ways of Admiralty and Commerce myself but would love to have some “hired guns” just in case they don’t honor my administrative process and we need to litigate. As fun as it would be to go Pro Se, i’m too new at this and having backup would be wise.

Triple Threat yeah, I feel yah. I as just thinking in my head “Single White Male seeks open minded attorney for real estate biz-fest. Must be free of diseases etc etc.”

  7. What I find extremely funny is that Casey used every Weasel Word available to him, so that he didn’t have to say “I need a corrupt attorney” in his Facebook post.

Fortunately, any sane attorney who knows how to use Google will never do any dealings with him.

For those in the know – is it possible for Casey’s family to ask for a new BK deal? How long will it be until the Serin Crime Family creditors come crashing through the Serin Mansion’s doors? It can’t happen soon enough.

  8. I think the worst that could happen to the parents with regard to the creditors is that a court orders the maximum level of wage garnishment (25%, I believe) to pay them off. We know from state employee pay that Daddy makes around $55K per year, pre-tax. Let’s say combined they pull in $100K pre-tax.

So $25K would be taken out of their paychecks each year to pay off creditors. Notwithstanding interest charges, if they owe $150K, they’ll have their wages garnished for 6 years. And this doesn’t even include the amount they will owe to the bank who holds their HELOC/mortgage.

They seem like the kind of people who would just as soon flee the country, or at least the state, to avoid paying bills.

  9. Someone on C.I. posted a picture of Anna and the two oldest kids literally living in a tent in Tashkent in the mid-1980’s.

I think we’ll see the “circle of life” here. The parents were born and grew up in a shitty Uzbekistan tent, and they will ultimately die in a shitty Uzbekistan tent. Even better if they bring Casey along for the ride.

  10. become a “friend” in this “adventure”.. are you serious?

I’m imagining going to my lawyer, talking about deferred payment and profit share instead of his hourly rate

Apart from the lack of first hand posts, this is even more exciting than IAFF days

You fucking idiot, they were CAMPING.

The whole Casey saga has become a real bore.

I place the blame squarely on the haterz. The personalities used to be awesome: Pink Lips, Mocha, Lossmitpro, MSINGH. Now? It’s become a big pile of “meh”.

James, I don’t know what caused you to give up the blog before but I’m going to suggest that there’s absolutely no way you could go too far with these cretins.

And here I thought he was making this doggerel up. Or hoped. He’s not — he actually responded to real ads with this unfunny shit.

  16. […] You can’t help but wonder about stuff. Back in April 27th, 2010, I posted about how Casey was looking for an “open minded attorney”. Uh-huh. […]
