I know – I just wrote quite a lengthy post. But, as I said before, Casey’s emotional rollercoaster has just begun – we’ll get some heavy doses of lack-of-lithium and God knows what else insanity before he hits the brakes and goes into “depressive mode” again, so let’s make the best we can out of this short, fun, ride.

Today, something caught my attention on Casey’s CASEY CASEY SERIN’S shitty “Miracles” blog (gotta get the all-caps right, otherwise I won’t be talking about the right strawman). It isn’t everyday you get to see a moron admit he’s breaking the law for all to see (of course, he’ll later argue it was not him, but his strawman, the one who was commiting a crime).

Hmm. What is this “A4V” or “Accepted 4 Value” thing?
Let’s dig deep into this scam. I have to take a shower in a couple of minutes, anyway. I’ll be sure to rub my entire body with alcohol afterwards.
What is an A4V? Is it equivalent to doing an A2M to the IRS? If you wish, you can check out how to do one for yourself (note: not recommended, unless you intend to book a 5 year, all expense paid vacation at the Club Fed nearest you).
Information is a bit sketchy on the subject. I suppose it’s one of those things they (who?) don’t want you to know about, but:
From what I can tell the actual process of an Acceptance for Value is to write upon the face of the voucher (the instrument) at a 45 degree angle upwards the following in any ink that is not black:
Accepted for Value
Exempt from Levy
_______________(signature) ___________ (date) ID#123456789 (like your social without hyphens)
Deposit to the US Treasury and charge the same to JOE PUBLIC (ALL CAPS NAME) 123-45-6789 (regular social)
If I understand the theory correctly, you are paying the IRS… with your strawman! Dammit, I’ve read so much about them I want my own right now. They have lots of money, can create it out of thin air, and now I can make him pay my own taxes. If he can cook too, then I’m definitely getting one.
There’s one bit of a warning, though. You shouldn’t sign using a red ink pen. Wonder why?
Red ink-is representative of blood and means that you are a real human being because only a Man can sign with blood.
The reason you are accepting something for value is so that they can use your social security (social insurance) number to pay the described value by using the insurance that is provided for your public trust (capital letter straw man.) If you sign it in red than you don’t have the privilege of insurance being provided to pay debts. You are not the public trust but you are its “authorized representative” and as the authorized representative you do have to pay taxes for the income that is derived through the use of that public trust. So if you gave a ssn when you got your job and bank account you need to pay federal income tax. The federal income tax is what pays for the insurance.
So if you sign it in blood and don’t provide a ssn for the treasury to access the insurance account the note will not get paid and they will probably continue to come after you.

Fortunately for us, it seems Casey has already sent a couple of payments to the IRS using the “Accepted 4 Value” scam. This is AMAZING.
Casey can’t even begin to imagine what he did this time. He’s going to be prosecuted for using a known scam.
Have people already gotten into trouble already by using the “redemption process” sight drafts? Hyla Clapier is a sweet, little old lady from Idaho. She was convinced last year by the redemptionists to try to buy a car with one of those “redemption process” sight drafts drawn on the U.S. Treasury. Her effort brought her an indictment, trial and conviction. In late April, 2000, I received a call from an Ohio newspaper reporter and was informed that a man in his local community had attempted to buy 8 Cadillacs with those sight drafts. I was also informed that the man was being prosecuted for several felonies. Is the “redemption process” sight draft effort anything but another crackpot idea? I think so.
You don’t mess with the IRS. Casey is soon going to find out he just opened a huge can of worms.

I sometimes wonder if the IRS, FBI, etc. aren’t going after Casey because they get as much amusement from him as we do.

I wonder if the authorities are using him to attract grifters? Maybe he’s forwarding all the scams he gets to the cops.

Thanks for including my little comments for posterity in there, James. The boy has gone seriously over the top. If he really pisses the judge of when this comes to trial, can the judge direct which jail he gets sent to? If he ends up in the “wrong” Club Fed he’s going to be someone’s girlfriend within hours and will be lucky to come out in 5 or 10 years with his own teeth and all his limbs intact; and without having contracted some serious infection(s).
I have also lost all sympathy for his parents. They have been pretending for years he’s just “a bit different” when anyone following this saga can see he needs a mental health evaluation.
That’s a little harsh, don’t you think? To say he’s mentally sick? I watched some youtube videos about A4V a couple months back and honestly thought it was viable. I actually had a bill of mine A4V’d and ready to go, but I never sent it out.
I’m glad I didn’t because of what happens to CASEY.
But this A4V thing seems to be part of a larger phenomena of people trying to “pull the wool” over the governments’ eyes and try and convince others it’s possible.

People (some) are just getting sick of having the government’s hands in everything. People aren’t insane for trying something like this – had it worked, we’d all be going crazy over discharging debt this way. Still, I think there is some credibility in the A4V concept, because it is true that the money we use in the United States really has no value. They are notes and if you exchange a $5 bill for 5 singles, all you’ve got is more paper.
I’m an idiot! I just sent some hard-earned Federal Reserve notes to the tax man. If only I had discovered this last week.

I am a small merchant and I received one of our Invoices back with Accepted for Value stamped on it and on the stub position was written Money Order and they made it look like a check. What is it that I am to do with it?
Send it back to the customer and let them know they’re not supposed to send it to you. But don’t tell them where, let them figure it out. The more they study it the better off they will be.

Had the author done his own research maybe he wouldnt have ignorantly mislead the readers about a legal remedy that is available to them, not to mention slandered a man as bipolar. If he tried to purchase something with a4v, that just makes him stupid. You cant just write the statement on a receipt in a store to get out of crediting that store. You do have a STRAWMAN, and so does the author of this article, whether he knows or wants to admit it. You are licensed to do business with your bonded birth certificate which is traded on the market(thus why its on bond paper). BERTHE certificate, or bill of landing. A port to port transfer. Precisely. Just because you have someone getting locked up for it, doesn’t mean that it is not a valid stance to take. One, some of those people used it to purchase goods. Wrong M.O. Two, just because you are right doesn’t mean that you can be victorious. This is why some people still win in court even though they are in the wrong (OJ Simpson). And likewise, other people lose even though they are right. Do you know the law? Can you argue better than the other side? If you watch freedom to fascism, there are people who have won in court and did not have to pay taxes. And many more HAVE been locked up. So, again…it boils down to who knows and who can argue better.

This is the remedy to discharge debt.Those that get into trouble are those that are greedy and want something for nothing! If you really want to know how to apply this leagally you MUST know the law. For anyone who thinks that the STRAWMAN is fake. Look into Blacks LAW dictionary and it gives you a definition of what it really is then study what you are supposed to do. There is much literature out there but be careful not everyone who is putting out literature knows all of what they are doing. I have been studying for 2 years now and I still am not 100% comfortable with starting it yet.

I have done the a4v to discharge an old auto loan that was on my credit report and it worked. Now I have sent one to another loan company and they have sent it back stating that it is not accepted. How do I proceed? I have already sent off the letters to the irs as well. haven’t heard anything from them yet.

I have to agree with this blog… The Acceptance for Value is real, discharging one’s public debt is real, BUT we have people (Stupid ones at that) who don’t know jack about being secured or sovereignty and go out and think they can get quick money or buy things with their TRUST account through their “STRAWMAN” account.. That account is used SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCHARGING DEBT!!! PERIOD… Thank you and have a great day!!!
DJG, its probably too late honestly because if you kept what they sent you more than 30 days, than you have accepted it.
You should send it to the IRS criminal investigation division in Ogden Ut, where if it is legal, they will credit your account. If you accepted it in error however, you may be liable for not responding to it more quickly. DO NOT determine for yourself it is legal or not as you are not legally qualified to make that decision since you are not a treasury agent.

Forgive my lack of knowledge regarding A4V, this is the first time I have ever heard of this. However, since the day I received our invoice back with the A4V stamped on it I have been reading a number web posts and find myself scratching my head.
Are you telling me if I send our returned invoice to the IRS our company will get paid?
Tell the person who paid the invoice that you decline to accept the a4v for payment and you want cash, credit card, or check. If they refuse, go through your normal delinquent invoice procedure. The reason you want to send the invoice to the IRS (or the treasury) is so that they can prosecute the person for possibly creating a fraudulent financial instrument. Be careful trying to deposit it with a bank, as *you* could get prosecuted for trying to pass a fraudulent financial instrument. Good luck.

My Delaware Birth Certificate has a “file number” in the front, and on the back there is a stamp with a date and number, and it also has another number beginning with V in the top right corner. Which number do I use and how does it fit into the A4V?

I think these people did not gain control of their birth certificates. The usa inc. ownes you. If you try to use a4v before you get back control of your birth certificate you are using it via usa inc. which is illegal. Once you are finally you it is not illegal. There is a reason the Councili decided that Foreign Relations should be their moniker; in America, the Code of Federal Regulations is a composite of all federal-level statutes. It is lesser / subject to LAW, which of course takes priority / jurisdiction, but it has the colour of law. Hope that helps.

It has been almost 6 mos since you posted that your F-I-L tried “Dissolve Your Debt” and the A4V process it describes. Has there been any new developments regarding his efforts to discharge debt(s)? IF so, what are the results, please?
well there can’t be a prosecution in an accepted for value case as there is no controversy before the court. There MUST be an argument between two parties for a judge to form jurisdiction. No controversy no jurisdiction. If the IRS claims they sent you a bill and you “accepted” the bill then you show me a controversy… period
and Arrdee… the USC sections you typed are accurate yes. There are many U.C.C. sections that can be used in accordance with the laws you have written here. And again going with what was said much earlier that if it is done wrong it may not work, but it wont lead to prosecution unless you read about it one time maybe and have no idea what you are doing. Trying to buy things and use it as a way to get cash back. The purpose of A4V is corporate set off accounting. The IRS and many other corporations don’t really deal with cash, they deal with set off accounting. IT’s all just numbers in a computer and write offs in book keeping. Any way if anybody does end up in court (per my opinion and not legal advice) Id appear in court as a guest and not a defendant, learn how to win the name game and for the record ask the judge if there is a controversy before the court.

Back in the day, most of your data was input using PUNCH CARDS. The computer that was used was the IBM Model 024, 026 and 029. It didn’t care about the case – all it mattered were the letters. BUT – although it’s sort of trivial nowadays, back when ASCII was introduced it was deemed not necessary to try and convert from and to upper and lowercase for sorting and comparison purposes. So it was decided to use uppercase all around.
It had nothing to do with strawmen, freedomclubs or Casey. IT WAS THE LOGICAL THING TO DO WHEN COMPUTER MEMORY AND STORAGE SPACE WAS LIMITED.

As you will recall back in June I am the small business owner that received an A4V as a payment for a $3,500 invoice we sent to a customer. With all the conflicting information bantered in this chain I put the A4V under my pillow and have been waiting for the UCC fairy to give me my $3,500.
So has anyone ever paid off a debt, did the debt holder get paid, and if you’re not to send an A4V to the IRS, then where does someone stick the A4V?

The capital letters name is absolutely valid and real. To say computers can or could only print in ALL CAPS so they just did it and kept it that way makes no sense. Look at your cell phone bill… See your name in all caps? That’s because a corporation is sending a letter to a corporation and corporations deal in all caps. But if your cell phone company sends you a special coupon or some sort of a renewal request it comes to your name spelt correctly Name Of Theman. This is because a person representing the corporation is sending a letter directly to you and not to your corporation. Your credit card company, phone company, any company can send something to you or to your strawman depending on what it is they are sending and who they are trying to deal with. A4V really does work; however, if you are using it wrong it won’t…especially if you haven’t established yourself as a secured party you can pretty much forget it, for it goes effectively hand-in-hand. I have heard a lot of people are sending their forms to the IRS…I don’t. I sent my entire discharge package to Tim Geithner, Secretary Treasury Department, and let them handle the rest. You certainly don’t need to pay thousands or hundreds of dollars to learn this information when in doubt certainly don’t ask the people who are commenting,and making false reports, just call the Treasury Department or the Analysis and Control Division of the IRS…they know this stuff. Just asking anyone who answers the phone is not a wise decision. A4F is definitely NOT a scam, it’s a scam when people start spreading false information and charge thousands of dollars to learn it.

As far as I know, no one has ever gotten into trouble using A4V to discharge debt. Where they get into trouble, is trying to buy merchandise. Thats fraud. I have seen the actual documentaion of taxes both IRS and property taxes extinguished with this process. I have also seen child support terminated using this process. These are debts not created by you, but by the corporation. Have heard of mortgages paid in this fashion as well, but I have not seen the documentation. I have seen the documentation on taxes and child support. Traffic tickets as well as court fines can be terminated with this process as well. Research your parties. Everyone has a process, check their track record. Ask for testemontials, documented proof, that their process works. There is some good gurus out there, but there is alot of disinformation too. Be cautious and investigate them first. Good luck.
I know of someone who discharged their student loan by sending the payoff statement with written specifics like A4V (that look like what was posted above, the only difference is that it was hand written and not computerized. Apparently some people have found a difference in success from typing it or writing it, the latter being the successful one). The person sent it to four IRS offices, and within 60 days the bill collectors (for the student loan) quit calling him (they were calling him multiple days a week) and the loan was vanquished on his financial aid website. It has been about a month or so since then, and he has received no further contact.
I am more of those in between kind of people. I presume that I know a lot of things to be true, but I also know that there is a lot that I did/do not know. That’s okay though. In fact, most people that are self acclaimed financial guru’s on TV have the worst investment predictions up to date, however they remain and no one says that they are a scam. The problem with topics like a4v is that there is so much background information, that it sounds stupid and the terminology that most of the hero’s of the redemption movement use is harder to swallow than rat poison, whether what they are saying is legit or not.
For instance, this whole CAP letters ordeal, whether or not the CAPs were being used from an old IBM computer, there are plenty of facts to prove that the concept around the “strawman” system has huge merit. However, the way some people play the game makes others look bad. There are rules here, you can’t discharge the cost of something, only the debt. This was made public policy a long time ago, both parts of the last sentence that is.
But what you will find when you research, if one is able to swallow their ego, that there are some things they most assuredly know/knew and there are things that they have yet to learn. And you’ll see little glimpses here and there. Like mail boxes, federal property. With information comes implications. What might having a mail box being a federal piece of property imply? If you search on more and find out that there is a difference between Address and Location, and that the old U.S. postal service sees them differently (not your average mail teller lol, I mean the actual manual and the codes etc.) and that one can withdraw the “benefit” of having free mail and hence clearing their property of the commercial term “address” and all the baggage that comes with it, you might start realizing that there is in fact more stuff out there then we are presently aware.

I have watched every free man video, every straw man explanation, many many A4V videos and have read many of the documents eluded to by them. But i still do not understand why the mystery? I have yet to find anyone anywhere that will actually explain the process or provide real and helpful information.
If all of you have so much time to argue here about what is real and what is not, and so many have time to put teaser videos and blogs up, why then can you not take just a moment to help those who honestly ask for it?

What you will find is that most of the UCC trash, and commercial legal is just a scam. They are attempting to LITERALLY tie you to a corporate fiction that doesn’t exist, by your own hand. When the constitution was written, they did not bury it in a treasure chest. They wanted the ideas of freedom and worth to be shouted from the mountain tops! Only evil hides it’s manifestation in the dark….only tyrants keep important information to themselves and lord over it as if they are above all others.
The government has time. And they have an endless supply of money. OUR money. I would think that anyone who discovered this would write a book, yell it from the mountain tops! Inform the nation! ….but no, they speak in riddles and attempt to raise themselves above others as smarter than the rest, more deserving.
The only way for a Republic to continue is through constant vigilance, dedication, and the sharing of ideas and knowledge against a tyranny.
So again I ask a question that has gone unanswered on every blog I’ve posted to: If this remedy is for the people, if it is true and legal, if it really does work, than why don’t those who know it teach it to the masses? If it is a true remedy they can not take it away so sharing it will not spoil its availability.
From what I’ve read, if you do it wrong, you will very likely be arrested. This does not help the ’cause’ but helps the government. So those who spread hope without sharing the process are as evil and tyrannical as the government itself.
This is why after months of researching, following blogs, examining laws, etc….I have yet to see one single case that actually proves that this works, nor have I found anyone who will share the process. Instead of increases of numbers of successes, I see more folks being prosecuted and others acting even more smug about this supposed remedy.
I will not deny that which I do not know. Nor will I attempt a process that could very well land a person incarcerated. I do not deny that A4V is a remedy, but I’m a person who truly needs it right now and I have asked and worked very hard to no avail. When someone asks for help, it is usually given. Why not where A4V is concerned?
Can someone simply help with how this works? Maybe provide some links to the details? Define the process? Please help those of us who just aren’t as smart as you or maybe don’t have all of this time that it takes to get to the truth.

Noting has happen and i have GOT ALL MY TITLES not registrations to car but title and not deed but title to house no one else and i received My Human Rights back.
